QUALITY & SAFETY POLICY

It is the policy of ECD CRITICAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD that each employee AND/OR sub-contractors shall be provided with a safe and healthy place to work. To achieve, the management will make every reasonable effort in the area of accident and injury prevention, hazard removal and control. Each employee too has a personal obligation to ensure that he or she is committed to the need of safety first in the work place.

i. Safety Policy

Develop a safe working environment
Set a personnel safe example
Ensure that all activities be performed in according to safety rules and regulation.
Develop a safety awareness in all employees.
All managers are personally responsible to implement the Company Safety Policy.

ii. Quality Assurance

Our Company’s Policy on Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) to be targeted from process of estimation, design, project management, procurement to testing and commissioning of projects undertaken by our construction implementation team. It is the responsibility of all our construction managers / engineers etc. to compile, implement and control the application of these procedures into their work to ensure that all methods or methodologies used are clearly defined and documented.
